Join for a fun-filled weekend of buying, selling, and socializing at our Community Garage Sale! This is a great opportunity for residents to declutter, find treasures, and meet neighbors.

<strong>Participation Instructions for Sellers:</strong>
1. Set up your sale items in your yard, garage, or driveway - <em>Setting up on roadways is not permitted.</em>&nbsp;
2. You are encouraged to follow the suggested time, but you can operate at any hours that suit you.
3. Clearly mark prices on all items for sale.
4. Promote your sale within the community and invite friends and family.

<strong>For Buyers:</strong>
• Explore the neighborhood to find various sales.
• Park in designated parking pullouts.
• Respect each seller's property and posted sale times.
• Enjoy the hunt for unique items and great deals!

<strong>Tips for a Successful Sale:</strong>
• Advertise your participation.
• Ensure you have enough change and a safe place to store money.
• Display items neatly to attract buyers.

<strong>Safety and Courtesy:</strong>
• Keep pathways clear and ensure safety at your sale site.
• Be considerate of your neighbors/neighborhoods.
• Please Leash and clean up after your dogs - Dog waste stations are available throughout the community for your convenience.
• Clean up after your sale and dispose of unsold items responsibly.
