🌟 Join Our Holiday Light Display Contest! 🌟

Hello Tobiano Residents,

Get ready to illuminate our community with the spirit of the season! We are excited to announce our second annual Holiday Light Display Contest, and we invite you to participate in this festive and friendly competition.

Contest Details:

Date to Register By: December 15th

How to Participate:

  1. Deck the Halls: Transform your home into a holiday wonderland with dazzling lights and decorations. Be as creative as you like – the more festive, the better!
  2. Register: To enter the contest, please register your address by December 15th. You can do this by emailing info@tobiano.ca – please include a photo and your address so that we can add it to a map and the community can drive by to have a look for themselves before voting. 
  3. Vote for Your Favorites: Instead of judging, we’re inviting all residents to vote for their favorite displays.  Please have your votes entered by December 31st. 
  4. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three displays – Winners will be announced in the New Year!
  5. Community Map: We will create a map of all participating homes, so everyone can enjoy the festive lights at their own leisure.

Guidelines:

  • Please ensure your lights and decorations are installed safely and do not obstruct sidewalks or roadways.
  • Lights should be turned on daily from 5:00pm to 10:00pm during the contest period.
  • Remember to be mindful of our neighbors and the environment by minimizing light pollution.

Community Spirit: Our Holiday Light Display Contest is not just about winning prizes; it’s about spreading holiday joy, fostering community spirit, and brightening our neighborhood during this special time of year.

So, dust off your ornaments, untangle those strings of lights, and let your creativity shine! Let’s make this holiday season one to remember.

Registration Deadline: December 15th Judging Date: Votes will be accepted until December 31st, so be sure to cast your vote before the deadline!
